IGN recently had some playtime with the Siege Expansion for Uncharted 2: Among Thieves which is coming this Thursday of this week.  Here's just a few words of what they had to say: "If you missed the Siege announcement a few weeks back, for $5.99 (EURO 5.99 / GBP 4.79), you'll get a new co-op mode called Siege, two new maps (the Highrise and the Museum), six player skins (Wetsuit Drake, Baseball Shirt Drake, etc.), and 11 new Trophies to unlock. Those Naughty Dogs keep at it, even in the new year!  But they haven't been naughty at all.  In fact, the 13th Annual Interactive Achievement Awards honored the team with an outstanding 10 awards, including (you guessed it) another Game of the Year.  Naughty Dog gives some more details about the event inside...

Naughty Dog has been listening closely to the online community about certain adjustments and "issues," especially with the recent Title Update 1.05.  Recently posted out at their site, they gave us an idea on what they're looking at and it is quite a surprising list, including: getting rid of or altering auto-shoulder switching, addressing grenades, balancing boosters, and a lot more.  I'm more than happy with the adjustments made to players' health, but I'll say that the sniper rifle needs to be addressed as it is a one-shot killing machine.  Here's the full list:

Emily Rose, the voice behind the beloved Elena Fisher, announced most recently she would be starring in an original SyFy series called "Haven."  She's been credited with some interesting roles, making appearances on such television shows as John From Cincinnati, Brothers and Sisters, Jericho and even ER. We don't know much details about "Haven," but with the leaked info from Nolan North, we hope she's hard at work on Uncharted 3 and the return of Elena Fisher...

Our unique multiplayer event "15 Minutes of Fame" has been extended by a full week due to the enormous amount of interest.  I have never received so many messages both on Uncharted Online and on the Playstation Network concerning this event.  In addition, I have not had the opportunity to play with everyone and give them the "air time" they so deserve.  If you're wondering about the HD-Quality videos, I'm working on getting the first batch of videos ready to view out here, so expect the videos to be here soon.  On a more personal note: I unfortunately went through some terrible migraines last week, so I'm healing up to play you all in the extended week and create these vids for you all.  Thanks everyone!

Uncharted 2 is finally getting its first batch of multiplayer skins and its now available through the Playstation Store globally.  From such key first-party titles as Resistance 2, Killzone 2 and Infamous, we're positive that there'll be plenty of clans sporting these new skins and coming after you as, say, the Helghast with their glowing red eyes!  Or perhaps an evil group of Coles from Infamous?  There's more details inside about the skins, but they cost $4.99.  Again, full details inside...

Thus far Uncharted Online's "15 Minutes of Fame Multiplayer Event" has been a huge success and I've personally had the opportunity to play with many of our own users and we've been having a blast all week.  And don't worry, I'll be giving you all some "air time" out here and showing off the best moments from these games in several HD-Quality videos.  Community Members (join our community here) will also be receiving their own unique award dedicated to participation in this event!  These videos will showcase player's efforts in some great detail too.  How about that?  On another note, the Official Uncharted Online Clan (OUOC) has been receiving a ton of users.  If you want to join, click here. For those having trouble when connecting to multiplayer and receiving the "error syncing player data" issue, Naughty Dog has an official fix now and you should have no problems.  It is noted that you are not to delete your saved game data, which seems to be what some players are doing.  When logging into Uncharted 2's multiplayer, you'll be prompted for this title update, which will help those dealing with this issue.  There's more details inside, and make sure you read all the documentation!
