Best of VideoGames.com has grown over time with the help of our great community and we are very excited to announce the brand new Best of VideoGames (or BOVG).  The BOVG Network has been re-hauled with free, daily-updated HD gaming videos (including Uncharted 2!) from the latest and greatest games.  You'll also find the usualy daily news, community activites, forums, and more.  On a personal note, I cannot express my thanks to Ryan (ComposerRyan) for all of his amazing work on the network's new site.  The BOVG Network is always being improved and we are looking to add even more features.  Click here to go to the new Best Of VideoGames.com!

Those Naughty Dogs keep at it, even in the new year!  But they haven't been naughty at all.  In fact, the 13th Annual Interactive Achievement Awards honored the team with an outstanding 10 awards, including (you guessed it) another Game of the Year.  Naughty Dog gives some more details about the event inside...

Naughty Dog has been listening closely to the online community about certain adjustments and "issues," especially with the recent Title Update 1.05.  Recently posted out at their site, they gave us an idea on what they're looking at and it is quite a surprising list, including: getting rid of or altering auto-shoulder switching, addressing grenades, balancing boosters, and a lot more.  I'm more than happy with the adjustments made to players' health, but I'll say that the sniper rifle needs to be addressed as it is a one-shot killing machine.  Here's the full list:

For those having trouble when connecting to multiplayer and receiving the "error syncing player data" issue, Naughty Dog has an official fix now and you should have no problems.  It is noted that you are not to delete your saved game data, which seems to be what some players are doing.  When logging into Uncharted 2's multiplayer, you'll be prompted for this title update, which will help those dealing with this issue.  There's more details inside, and make sure you read all the documentation!

GiantBomb recently revealed their list of the best games of 2009, but Uncharted 2 came out on top receiving the "Game of the Year Award."  Here's just some of what they had to say: "Uncharted 2 is also an absolutely gorgeous-looking game, the best we've seen in 2009, which puts it very high in the running for best-looking game of all time. The colorful, exotic environments are rich with detail, and the game's pacing is so relentless that you never linger in one place long enough to even begin trying to pick at it. A combination of performance capture and crazy technology that we have little hope of understanding produce character animation that impresses simply by looking natural in a way that few games would even know how to approach, let alone have the technical skill to actually pull it off."
