Best of VideoGames.com has grown over time with the help of our great community and we are very excited to announce the brand new Best of VideoGames (or BOVG).  The BOVG Network has been re-hauled with free, daily-updated HD gaming videos (including Uncharted 2!) from the latest and greatest games.  You'll also find the usualy daily news, community activites, forums, and more.  On a personal note, I cannot express my thanks to Ryan (ComposerRyan) for all of his amazing work on the network's new site.  The BOVG Network is always being improved and we are looking to add even more features.  Click here to go to the new Best Of VideoGames.com!

Naughty Dog has been listening closely to the online community about certain adjustments and "issues," especially with the recent Title Update 1.05.  Recently posted out at their site, they gave us an idea on what they're looking at and it is quite a surprising list, including: getting rid of or altering auto-shoulder switching, addressing grenades, balancing boosters, and a lot more.  I'm more than happy with the adjustments made to players' health, but I'll say that the sniper rifle needs to be addressed as it is a one-shot killing machine.  Here's the full list:

Our unique multiplayer event "15 Minutes of Fame" has been extended by a full week due to the enormous amount of interest.  I have never received so many messages both on Uncharted Online and on the Playstation Network concerning this event.  In addition, I have not had the opportunity to play with everyone and give them the "air time" they so deserve.  If you're wondering about the HD-Quality videos, I'm working on getting the first batch of videos ready to view out here, so expect the videos to be here soon.  On a more personal note: I unfortunately went through some terrible migraines last week, so I'm healing up to play you all in the extended week and create these vids for you all.  Thanks everyone!

We've all heard about the awards that Uncharted 2 has received but we didn't really realize that Uncharted 2 has topped all other games in many, many other categories.  And we're talking about nearly all of them.  Uncharted 2 has received the most Uncharted 2 award nominations from GDC.  Check out the incredible (and full) list inside...

Naughty Dog has revealed a new downloadable map called "The Fort" and they have even provided us with a video flythrough of the map!  Watch the flythrough of the new map by clicking here now. The map will be FREE to download and, better yet, will be out THIS Friday, Nov 27th!

Recently there was an interesting "Top 5" on G4's X-Play explaining why we do not need a new launch of consoles from the big ones, like Sony, Microsoft, and Ninetedo.  Many of the reasons were quite interesting, like the fact that it would be a mess to transfer all of your saved data onto a new harddrive (nightmare!).  At number 3 however, Uncharted 2 was featured because it showed how much untapped potential in graphics (by other developers, mind you) there is yet to be explored within our current consoles.  It shows how much Naughty Dog pushed their graphics with Among Thieves!

This might be some older news but it's best to know about it sometime than never...right?  Anyways, besides the belated news concerns, the Uncharted series is getting some great additional content in the form of a prequel motion comic book series.  Details are sparse at the time, but what we do know is it will possibly detail how Sully and Drake meant.  A lot more inside...
